A Siege of the Land

Hear the word of the Lord:

I have set my face against thee. There shall be famine in the land. You shall search for me & can’t find me, says the Lord of Host. I have witnessed your iniquities, the hardening of your hearts. Therefore, judgement shall be upon the land.

I have laid waste places. I have stopped your supply. You shall search for food & there shall be none, says the Lord of Host. You will seek out drink; none shall be clean to consume.

I have set my face against thee; ye workers of iniquity. I will drive out with force & clean the land. I will prepare me a people readily available to do my will, says the Lord of Host.

I have wrought anger against thee. My anger burns hot as coals. I have given you time to turn from your wickedness. You have disregarded me, says the Lord of Host. Therefore, I have set siege upon the land. None shall escape what’s to come. You workers of iniquity, depart from me. And then, The Lord, will heal the land.
